About Us
The Auburn Housing Authority owns and manages 3 apartment complexes:
In addition to providing 326 rental units, we manage 229 Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers and 5 Shelter Plus Care Vouchers. We provide a variety of services to accommodate your needs. Eligibility for our programs is based on income and rental history. Rent is based on your household’s anticipated gross annual income less any applicable State or Federal deductions.
